What a hotel front desk teaches you

At the front desk of a large hotel, you soon learn that a stay is often judged on its first and last minutes: the arrival from the airport and the departure. A late chauffeur, a careless car or an inappropriate conversation is enough to spoil a whole week.

We spent years on the other side of that desk, then in passenger transport in Geneva. DrivUp comes from that double experience: bringing hotel hospitality standards to the journey.

Five commitments

• Punctuality. The car waits, never the passenger. Flights are tracked in real time.
• Discretion. Neither our clients' identity nor their journeys are ever shared with anyone.
• Elegance. Chauffeurs in dark attire, Mercedes-Benz vehicles under four years old.
• Comfort. Water, Wi-Fi and chargers on board, and silence if you prefer.
• Anticipation. Route, mountain weather and luggage are thought through before departure.

A company, not a platform

DrivUp Transport Sàrl is a Geneva company, listed in the commercial register, based on Rue de Cornavin. You deal with the company that drives you, not with an intermediary: someone who answers the phone, a price agreed in advance and an invoice in your name or your company's.

We already work with six hotels in Geneva, as well as concierges and companies who trust us with their guests and executives.
