The rate
Hourly hire is quoted individually, based on duration, vehicle and area covered. We answer within two hours. The minimum booking is three hours.
For reference, waiting beyond a fixed-price journey is charged at CHF 80 per hour in the E and V-Class, CHF 100 in the S-Class. Night and Sunday surcharges apply exactly as they do on transfers.
Who it actually suits
Hourly hire earns its place as soon as a day has more than two stops, or when the timings are uncertain. A round of business meetings across the canton, a property viewing day, a location recce, a wedding, a visiting delegation: in all these cases, booking journey by journey costs more and locks you into a schedule.
The chauffeur stays on site between your appointments. You can leave your things in the car, let a meeting run over, add a stop. Nothing is re-charged piece by piece.
What the chauffeur does, and does not do
He drives, he waits, he carries luggage, he adapts the route. He knows the service entrances of the main Geneva hotels and the permitted drop-off zones, which saves circling the block. He does not comment on your day and does not join your conversations: silence is the default, conversation happens if you start it.
Events and long days
For weddings, conferences and corporate evenings we quote individually, with several vehicles coordinated. The V-Class and the Sprinter move a whole group without multiplying cars. Give us at least a week's notice on busy dates.

How much is hourly chauffeur hire in Geneva?
CHF 90 per hour in the E-Class, CHF 100 in the V-Class and CHF 130 in the S-Class, with a three-hour minimum. Chauffeur, vehicle and mileage within the canton are included.
What is the minimum booking?
Three hours. Below that, a straight transfer works out better for you, and we will say so.
Is waiting between appointments charged extra?
No. It is part of the time you booked. That is precisely the point of the formula.
Can I change the route during the day?
Yes, freely, as long as you stay within the booked time. Additional hours are charged at the same hourly rate.
