The A40 as far as the Sallanches exit, then some fifteen kilometres of valley road up to Megève. The climb is short and steady, without the long hairpins of the Tarentaise. It is objectively the most straightforward resort transfer we operate.
What the proximity allows
At just over an hour from the airport, Megève works for a two-night weekend without the journey eating half of it. It is also the resort where a same-day return from Geneva still makes sense, for lunch at Mont d'Arbois or for a meeting.
We also serve Combloux, Praz-sur-Arly, Demi-Quartier and Saint-Gervais, all on the same corridor.
Drop-off and traffic in the village
The village centre is partly pedestrianised in season. We drop you as close to your address as the permitted access allows. For a chalet high on the Mont d'Arbois or Rochebrune roads, say so when you book: those approaches are steep and may call for a particular vehicle class.
On arrival
The chauffeur unloads the luggage and ski equipment to the chalet or hotel entrance. Need a stop on the way, for groceries or ski hire? It can be arranged for CHF 40, to mention when booking. Think about the return too: booked at the same time, it saves any last-minute search on departure day.
