During Forum week, Davos changes completely: controlled access, heavy traffic, tight schedules. We prepare the journey in advance with your team or assistant: departure times, authorised drop-off point, waiting on site if your programme needs it. For that week, book as early as possible: demand is very high that week.
The route
The journey crosses the Swiss Plateau to Zurich, then reaches Graubünden through Landquart and the Prättigau valley to Davos. Allow about four hours in normal traffic, more during the Forum and on winter Saturdays.
Chauffeur on site
For a delegation, a chauffeur and vehicle can stay in Davos for your whole stay, between meetings, dinners and the return journey. The quote then covers the hourly hire and the chauffeur's accommodation.
On arrival
The chauffeur unloads the luggage and ski equipment to the chalet or hotel entrance. Need a stop on the way, for groceries or ski hire? It can be arranged for CHF 40, to mention when booking. Think about the return too: booked at the same time, it saves any last-minute search on departure day.
