Personal data

The information you send us, through the booking form, WhatsApp, phone or email, is used solely to handle your transport request and issue the corresponding invoice. Requests sent through the form pass through Netlify, our host. They are neither sold nor passed to third parties.

With your consent, given in the banner shown on your first visit, this site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure its audience and the performance of its ads. Without your consent, no measurement cookie is set. You can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Under Swiss federal data protection law you have the right to access, correct and delete your data. Send your request to drivuptransport@gmail.com.

Third-party services

The map on this site is provided by Google Maps. The WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp, published by Meta. Audience measurement, if you accept it, is provided by Google.

Deposit and cancellation

For a journey at one of our listed rates, the booking is confirmed by a 30% deposit, paid online through SumUp (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). The balance is paid on board, by card or cash.

The deposit is refunded in full if you cancel more than twenty-four hours before pick-up, or if we are unable to carry out the journey. It is retained for a cancellation less than twenty-four hours before pick-up or if the passenger does not show up.

Companies, hotels and concierges with an account are invoiced without a deposit.

Liability

Journey times and distances shown on this site are indicative and do not constitute a contractual commitment. Rates shown are for a one-way journey from Geneva and are subject to change. Only the individual quote we send you is binding.
